JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Financial Analyst with a real estate focus will play a pivotal role in analyzing and forecasting real estate trends, investments, and finances. The ideal candidate will combine real estate knowledge with strong financial analytic capabilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze financial data related to real estate investments.
Build financial models for real estate valuation and decision support.
Offer insights on real estate market trends and opportunities.
Review and assess current financial conditions and forecasts.
Deliver regular reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Collaborate with the real estate team to strategize investments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a real estate focus.
Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and real estate analytics.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive understanding of real estate market dynamics and financial instruments.
Ability to demonstrate a creative, flexible, resourceful, and disciplined approach to driving a complex mission-driven investment program Travel required
