30. Alexa Majdalawi
Chief Legal Officer, PreIPO® Corporation

Alexa Majdalawi is the Chief Legal Officer and Board of Directors’ Secretary for PreIPO® Corporation. She oversees legal, corporate governance & risk management, SEC & FINRA compliance, and the company's mergers & acquisition strategy.

Prior to taking this role, Alexa was a VP of legal affairs, leading a global network and facilitating access to US-based funds holding shares of mid to late-stage companies slated to go public. During her tenure, she developed a strong track record of creating value and achieving outstanding performance for companies and groups with investments in various sectors including real estate, financial services, and legal services. She has led and concluded multi-jurisdictional financing, private equity, and venture capital deals in the millions of dollars.

Alexa earned an undergraduate degree with honors in political science from Florida Atlantic University, an MBA with highest honors from Metropolitan College of New York, and a JD from Barry University School of Law, where she was the governor for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers/Law Student Division, president of the Business & Corporate Law Association and a three-time officer in the Student Bar Association.
